the hotel's location worked well for me. i walked easily to piccadilly station. the staff proved friendly. the breakfast included fresh items and offered good choices. the room featured comfortable velvet armchairs.

The lamp in my room had a sticker indicating testing in may 2018. This seemed outdated.

the location was great. it was a very easy walk to tram stops plus train and bus stations. it is a good central point. the staff were friendly. the breakfast was great, and i found i had everything i needed.

the entrance is not prominent! i found the entrance difficult to see and it was dark
